I have had the opportunity to review a 60-day supply of Kinoko Gold AHCC supplements from Quality of Life Labs. AHCC significantly improves your immune response. I gave these to my boyfriend to take, as he’s very health conscious. He takes daily vitamins and supplements and he was anxious to try these. The suggested dose is 2-6 capsules daily. He took 2 a day. He liked them so much, he is ordering more and intends to continue taking these. He started taking these during the height of flu season, so this was perfect timing. He never got sick, and he has really bad allergies, and his allergies haven’t even kicked in yet. Typically his allergies would have started bothering him over a month ago. He feels great, has energy, and experienced no side effects from these at all. In fact, they are all natural, safe and effective.
