While on the website, I did check out a gravy tips video as I suck at making gravy, and I’m hosting fifty people here for Christmas! It appears that Club House Gravy is easy to prepare and delivers great tasting gravy that your family will love. Preparing gravy for the Christmas meal is as easy as using a Club House Gravy mix, adding your roast drippings and simmering. Sounds easier and better than using bouillon cubes and corn starch like my mother uses. I’m hoping I can convince her to make the gravy again this year, since I won’t be able to get any Club House Gravy mix before Friday!

Just writing about gravy is making me hungry for mashed potatoes! My cousin usually makes those with lots of butter, cream cheese and sour cream. Yum!  Happy Holidays!
